Postcards.
I think of sending postcards as a way of sharing a special moment from a trip. Postcards are sent to family & friends to say, "HELLO!" & "Isn't this view amazing?" or "Missing you dearly." These are my postcards.

Cutting the shapes in this piece was a complete accident. I colored in the letters without stencils to focus on control, while the hair is flowing freely. Thanks to blayabear & gagaloo for the inspiration tonight! Next step: coloring my hair!
